Report :Problems of Law Enforcement in Vietnam: the Case of Wastewater Management in Can Tho City (2010)

 Vietnamese authorities prepared and implemented the Law on Water Resouce to protect and maintain sustainable development. By using theCan Tho city as the case study , this document will figure out the contradiction and differences between the national & local regulations, it will focus on Waste Water Management. These report give an overview of how the Province government enforeces the national law and how governmental regulation interpreted and executed the instruction of local government. This report is published in 2010 but it also is a worth document for understanding the Vietnamese situation.
